"What a clean, comfortable, quiet boutique hotel on the sea, Staff was friendly and helpful. My limited Spanish was unnecessary as all spoke English. We spent two nights in January 2026. Off season travel is my favorite. I expect it will be a bit noisier in peak season "

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Oasis Tropical Hotel. The rooms are lovely & all with balcony. The food for breakfast & dinner was excellent, with lots of choice & all prepared & cooked to a high standard. We loved the swimming pool area, and the bar area. The one thing we were surprised about was the attitude of some of the waitresses in the dining room. They were mostly rude. We had a waitress rolling her eyes at us, telling us to move to a different table because we were 3, and there were 4 placemats! It didn’t spoil our holiday, but it was a bit disappointing!"

"Nice townhouse close to beach pubs and restaurants. Good outside space with a nice front porch and space to sit at the back with a barbecue (although we didn’t cook with it).House was very clean with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. Struggled a bit with the gas as I’m not used to it! We were there for a month and could have maybe have done with a bit more cleaning equipment but got by. Host offered a change of linen during our stay. Air conditioning and fans in the main living area and bedrooms were a god send during the heat.There is also a roof terrace. Being scared of heights I struggled with the stairs up to it. Although perfectly safe just not good for people with vertigo! Once up there it was nice in the sun although a bit hot while we were there with temperatures in the thirties. Table under the shade and four sun beds with cushions. If you want to take drinks or snacks up though you really need a cool box. There was a small supermarket at the end of the street which was great. Just unfortunate the owner decided to go on holiday during most of our stay! The Parque Commercial with two supermarkets Consum and Mercadona are two bus stops away with bus stop at end of street. We don’t drive so used the bus a lot. Can also walk there if not too hot. Nice swimming pool with gated entrance directly across the street. At the end of 4 weeks it felt like home and we most definitely didn’t want to leave"

"Have just returned from a 10 day break at this beautiful home. Great communication with the host and easy check in. Pool area and villa was fantastic. It’s a quiet area but great bus/taxi service to the livelier parts and easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars locally. We thoroughly enjoyed it (our 4th time in Mojacar). Would recommend. "

"We had an amazing time in Marina del la torre and at Kris place , kris was such a pleasure to deal with always on hand if needs be, the apartment was clean and the views are amazing, it had everything you could want for a very relaxing holiday, we had a hire car and i would advise you to get one aswel as its quiet a walk up the hill. Or taxis are reasonably priced. "
