Average impressions: good location, service and food but small (however clean) rooms, just few TV channels, common areas require renovation. Small courtyard and pool, nothing to do inside with children.
The staff were really professional and helpful. Getting wifi was a problem though, and when we did get through, it shut off on its' own. But we didn't care much as we were too busy enjoying ourselves. We liked the breakfasts, but found the dinners diabolical! Go into town and eat there instead. That was our only complaint.

The hotel carries a 4 star rating but I would say that it is more of a good 3 star, by international standards. It is very much geared for package tours, particularly from Germany. Good location being close to the airport, with easy and cheap local bus transportation from and to the airport (€2.50) and also downtown (€1.50). The bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel entrance.

Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very helpful and they really are a bunch of good people. From the maids, the reception staff to the restaurant staff everyone was kind. The room are small but clean and comfortable, and it's an advantage if you get a room with the front view on the sea. We will definitely book this hotel again in our next visit to Palma de Mallorca.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, staff were fantastic and the room clean and modern. My only grumble and it's a common one is that all hotel rooms should have a kettle. The only reason I have marked the hotel down is because of the area it's situated so if you do decide you want to stay in S'Aranal then I don't think you could choose better
A playground for family holidaymakers, this white-sand beach stretches for over five kilometres along the eastern side of the Bay of Palma and is dotted with high-rise blocks and purpose-built resorts. By day, the bay is busy with water sports, and Aquacity water park is very popular. By night, the pubs, bars and clubs are fun and lively; the trendy beach bars of Cala Estancia attract young locals from Palma.
