"A urbanização estava muito cuidada, quer as partes comuns, como a piscina e os courts de padel. A casa era grande: perfeita para 6 pessoas como nós eramos. Tinha todos os eletrodomesticos e material necessario. Podemos estacionar o carro à frente da casa e havia outro lugar na garagem o que foi um grande PLUS. A comunicação com o José foi sempre facil e ele respondeu sempre. A localização é otima. 300ms da praia, 200m do supermercado. Recomendo."

"Apartamento nuevo y muy cómodo pero se echaba en falta alguna cosa básica como cuchillos de cocina o de servir y alguna fuente. Una de las llaves de la casa abría mal, lo conseguías después de tiempo, y la de salida al garaje desde el ascensor tampoco iba bien. Pedimos otra copia pero no nos la facilitaron. Sin embargo si nos trajeron un secador cuando lo pedimos. No obstante muy recomendable para pasar unos dias en familia en Costa Ballena. Sobre todo si prefieres un entorno nuevo."
