We think the electricity tripping off in for the heaters in the pump room might have been the explanation. We only discovered this on enacting leaving instructions. The pool man came and said it was fine. It was so cold the next day even the kids wouldn’t get in.•Hot tub only warm (not hot) for last three days (32 degrees – possibly we didn’t know how to make it work properly despite having some instructions)•Games area in garage has ‘chemical’ smell which stopped us using it•Visitors not allowed (sister plus family were staying in nearby villa). Any transgression could lead to eviction from the Villa. Should be highlighted on booking site.•Video surveillance inside and outside. Should be highlighted on booking site. It’s in a super location, close to lots of supermarkets and a shopping centre, and a short drive from the great beaches and restaurants of Playa Honda. The villa itself is spacious with big bathrooms and a very well-designed kitchen. "
