"I made two reservations separately for two days. First I was told I can stay in the same room. But the next day, due to some glitch in the system, I was told I needed to move to another room. For this inconvenience I was compensated very well and the attitude of staff was commendable. My only comment is that water at dinner is not available unless you buy it, I’d prefer to have water available all the time, not just at breakfast. Otherwise I have no complaints"

"Excellent accueil du directeur Miguel et toute l’équipe de la réception. J’ai aimé la nourriture, l’emplacement de l’hôtel et la piscine avec jacuzzi. Tous les soirs il y a des groupes de musique ou animation. Il y a une terrasse (cafétéria) et nous avons 10% de réduction sur l’alcool. Les prix sont très raisonnables. La chambre a une belle petite douche avec un balcon. Nous pouvons louer un vélo pour 3 euros/heure ou 8 heures pour 4 heures. Vous payez vos breuvages et dépenses à la fin du voyage. "Staff were very friendly, arrival and departure was quick and easy. Pool was great with a nice bar area that served reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a fantastic choice and a chef to cook extra bits like eggs and pancakes. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was a kitchenette area with a fridge. however, there was nothing to use, no cutlery, plates and the hobs had been replaced, although it looked like an induction hob when we first arrived. It meant when we returned from the supermarket the first night we couldn't do anything. Staff in general were great but we did have an issue where we were going to a wedding, i asked for an iron but this never arrived despite asking 3 times, twice at reception and a phone call which meant i had to leave with creased clothes, not ideal."

"Beautiful hotel on the beach with deluxe, high-spec design across the property. The pool is amazing with comfortable sun-loungers, very private and quiet. The staff (especially Daniela on reception) were excellent. The food in the restaurant and pool bar was delicious. Would definitely recommend for couples and older families."
