"Is this really a 4* hotel? Our room was really run down, the furniture was dated and badly worn. Pretty dreadful. The redeeming features being location and indoor pool. We didn't have breakfast as at £25 a night that is a absolute rip off. Instead we ate at a beach side cafe for less than 10€."

"The day I arrived it was self check in only which was ok but being a senior I struggled a bit with the procedure. The guy on the phone # that was listed spoke excellent english and was very helpful with it. The place is very new, only about 20 rooms, has a nice small pool and nice common area seats inside and out."

It's literally on the beach so you can't argue about access to the beach, but in the evening there is nothing nearby in terms of bar/restaurant other than one downstairs which closed early when we visited. We ended up driving into Aguilas to find dinner."
