"The room was very comfortable and the sheets remarkably soft. The level of amenities available was pleasantly surprising and well maintained. Facilities were in good order and sufficient in variety. I found both food and drink obtainable in a satisfyingly broad spectrum. All served by polite, friendly, helpful and capable staff. The breakfast options alone never failed to satiate. From check in to check out I felt valued and appreciated. All enquiries were handled with speed, professionalism and a smile."

"We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish. Beach view was gorgeous, love waking up to that sight in the morning. I can stay here all year! Rooms were clean, although there was used soap on a soap rack, but I didn't really care for that. Nearby shops to grab your essentials otherwise, try enjoy the bar drinks. There is a bus stop nearby if you prefer to take public transit. Lots of parking available but it could be tight and busy during peak season. There are nearby restaurants which we really enjoyed dining at sunset. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!"

The Cala Fornells team are all very friendly, approachable and provided exceptional customer service. The seaview from our room was beautiful- what a brilliant start to the day.
