"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! "

"The hotel was great. The Concierge at the front desk was very helpful. I found the add saying "Airport transfer ".a bit of a stretch. There is no shuttle. It is a cab for 40 Euro each direction to the airport.. "

I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding."

The air conditioner kept it cool enough but the air was so still that it seemed hotter than it was. As for everything else? It was superb. The LINE restaurant was flawless. Excellent food and at a great price. The views and ground of the hotel were just magnificent. Only matched by the competence, kindness and efficency of the staff. "

"If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. They have a bar on ground level just outside which is open 24h and belongs to the hotel. They always have coffee, ice and drinks there at any time. During the day even pastries and such. Next door they have a big park for toddlers and bigger kids to play, it’s only €5 for the entire day per kid. They have bounce houses and large slides and ball pits. It’s great to entertain your kid and it opens late. Again a lot of local kids come here to play it’s super cute. You can see amount Vesuvious from the Balcony. Everything is very clean and the bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The water pressure is excellent and water gets hot quickly. They also had smart TVs in all the rooms which was a very nice surprise. The best thing about Cenacolo is its amazing staff. If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah at the front desk help you you’re in good hands and Giulia is the most amazing server and staff member we’ve ever met. She works so hard everyday to make your stay memorable. You MUST eat at their restaurant because the food is absolutely delicious. We looked forward to having dinner back at the hotel every night. Giulia would save us a place always. "
