Escape to our Lake Champlain haven! Unwind on your private rocky beach, soak in stunning lake and mountain views, and relax in our spacious, sun-filled home. Perfect for family and friends, our prime location offers easy access to local gems. Enjoy nearby City beach and Point au Roche beach. Just 10 minutes from Champlain Centre Mall for shopping. Experience lakeside living with modern comforts. Book now for an unforgettable getaway on Lake Champlain`s shores!

The backyard provides enough space for plenty of activities such as sunbathing, picnics, playing games, swimming, fishing, or having a fire. Each of the 4 bedrooms has comfortable beds, multiple outlets, dressers, and closet space. The master bedroom comes with a private and spacious bathroom. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, extra cabinet space, and a large countertop. All dishes, pots & pans, and utensils are provided. The living room holds two couches and has a large flat-screen TV which makes this area a perfect spot to connect with family and friends. The ceiling height is lower than average in the family room area.

Guests will be able to access the full property which includes the house, the backyard, and water rights!

What makes the area special is the beautiful scenery. From the clear cut mountains in the summer to the vibrant colors of the fall, you won`t find anything like it. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, friendly, and private.

Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. in order to get to the Champlain Centre Mall or various grocery stores, simply get onto the highway southbound until you reach exit 37. If you are looking for a scenic walking route, be sure to visit Point au Rouche State Park. Take a right onto route 9 until you see Point au Rouche road on your right.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
1) Please be respectful of our neighbors, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any noise complaints. If you receive more than one noise complaint, you will be asked to leave the property. Additionally, you may be charged a $75 fee.

2) Any property damages done will be at the expense of the guest.

3) Set the 3 thermostats to 65° before checking out. Turn the heat off during the warm seasons.

4) Return key to lock-box during check-out. Any missing key(s) will result in a $50 fee.

5) Do NOT under any circumstances enter the neighbor`s property or use their dock / ramp.

6) For any urgent questions or concerns please CALL us using the number provided.

Large, spacious lake property

This property was huge! There was plenty of space to spread out and have some quiet time. It is right on the water and you can sit outside in one of the comfortable sitting areas and watch the sunrise over Lake Champlain.

Beautiful Location

This property is very spacious has everything needed for a pleasant stay. There is a large deck overlooking the lake and a little access to a rocky ledge where you can swim. There was also a ramp where you can fish. We would have liked to have stayed longer in this VRBO.

Perfect Lake Home

This home was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. It has plenty of room, very clean, and has everything a family would need for their vacation. The bedding was very comfortable, and the kitchen and baths were fully supplied. The location is perfect with a million-dollar view! The homeowners were very responsive! We wish we would have stayed a month here!

Second visit very enjoyable!

This is the second stay at this location. The house is spacious with a great view. My family had a great time and will be going back again in a couple of years. The temps. were nicer than Mississippi: 79-81 in Plattsburgh, 114 in Mississippi. Even though the weather was rainy it was still fun for my whole family.

wonderful place

Spacious, clean house on the lake with a large table to play board games, and a great view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get together. The instructions were clear. Thank you (to the host, who was communicative).

Beautiful lake house!!

This lake house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy yourself. The views were ammmazing! We would want to stay here again for a little longer. The house was super clean, there was trash in the garage from the previous guests and it caused the house to stink up. It wasn’t a huge problem for us. I did reach out to the property manager several times over questions I had. I’ve messaged before our stay, throughout our stay and after and still have yet to receive a response. Great house!

great location on the water, close access to the ferry

great for family and friends. the grandparents will love the view, the kids will love the water. parents will love the view and cleanliness of the property. kitchen is fully stocked. upstairs rooms are clean and well-resourced with linens, towels and accessories. might be hard to find in the dark, but door access is very easy lock box.

Perfect getaway!

"WoW!" My wife and I were very impressed as soon as we opened the front door. The home is spotless, the view spectacular, the lake water crystal clear (wear swimming shoes, it is a bit rocky). Everything we hoped for, including exceptional service from the host representative. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!

Beautiful location but needs a few things

Location was perfect but needs some new mattresses (you could feel the springs). Needed more items such as coffee mugs (only had 3), can opener, measuring cups, bowls, rubbermaid containers. Other than lacking items that we really needed the view was breathtaking.

Easy check-in process and great communication from homeowner. The property is beautiful, even in December. Very spacious home with large bedrooms and quiet neighborhood on the lake. Will be staying here again for sure!

This property is beautiful. The view of the lake , the house, and being close to anything you may need. The house was remodeled a few years ago. It’s very comfortable and the kitchen is a nice size. There’s deck furniture too!!

Property was nice, gorgeous view, and the house was spacious.

There are still some minor fixes that the owner needs to make. Like outlet covers, painting of the walls, but overall the house was nice. While there the dryer died, told the owner about it and he is going to get a new one. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would rent this property again.
