"The place was fine—it matched the listing and did what was needed. The cleaning requirements at the end of the stay were also nothing crazy (strip the bed, wash and dry used dishes, etc). However, we arrived in Burlington around 11PM and the access code for the unit had not been changed to match the check-in instructions I had been given.
