Apartamentos Isla del Sol

"Just from the first glance you see that it's a high quality place. The room is big and convenient, there are a lot of amenities in the room and the hotel in general. There is a swimming pool, pool table, bar, and more. The room has a decent bathtub, which is a rarety in my experience, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a table good for eating and working, and more. There are some imperfections though. The cleanup could be better - there were a couple of stains on the towels and some sand on the floor. This is particularly important, since cleanup is done 2-3 times a week and there was none during my 4-night stay (though it actually suited me fine). There is only one free power plug - I had to disconnect the TV to power my notebook. Also, you can't plug the teapot and the microwave at the same time - only one plug for both. If I wasn't alone, it could have been a bigger inconvenience. There is no drying rack, so people put towels and clothes over the balcony's side. It works, but there is a risk of your clothes being blown away by the wind. The rooms doesn't seem to be soundproof - I could hear every knock and talk from the neighbors, though fortunately they were relatively quiet. No blackout drapes either and most of the rooms apparently face the sunny side. The location is not bad, close to the airport (one bus stop away), and less than 10 min walk to the beach. There is a supermarket around the corner and bus stops nearby."

"Couldn't fault hotel. Food especially good. Very neat to beach and away from touristy areas. Only downside is planes taking off every minute during day. But being close to the airport has its advantages as well. I'd choose to go there again."

"We had an amazing stay at the BQ Aguamarina Hotel in Palma! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic, and if you book a sea view room, the views are absolutely beautiful. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. Every member of the team was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, and it was obvious that they truly cared about their guests. Itâs not often you come across such genuinely lovely people, and they really made our holiday extra special. We would absolutely recommend the BQ Aguamarina Hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Fantastic 4 night stay, in a Bali Bed My Favourite Club Room on a half board basis. Breakfast was alot better than dinner, but on the whole more than adequate. Night entertainment consisted of a live singer, again some better than others. Music by Pablo was shockingly bad. Only other gripe was having drinks incorrectly charged, I.e ordering large beers via the app, and being billed for large beers but receiving small. Albeit reception did rectify it when raised with them. Would I recommend Yes, should I stay again - Yes"

"Great staff, so friendly and helpful đ we have just had a 3 night stay bed and breakfast. I would fully recommend the hotel and would stay here again. A perfect location as well, so close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. Room 406 has an amazing balcony on top floor on the the corner!"

"I liked this hotel, sooo close to the aiport, a quick bus trip away (9 minutes). They had a spectacular breakfast at only 10 euros, you can use the pool at their sister hotel which is 50 metres away over the road. The air con in the rooms was really good so I could sleep easily at night. An enjoyable stay, I will probably come back."
