"This place is like no other. The property is beautiful and idilic. The property is situated on Lake Titicaca and this lake is stunning. All meals, beverages and excursions were included. We enjoyed our time. Abel was one of the best guides we have encountered. We would return."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Free bottles of water everyday. Location is great. Bring a good jacket because restaurants and bars are cold in Puno. Would recommend this hotel."
