The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. The sitting area needs more lighting- too dark for us. There is no trash can in the room, we need to throw away the trash in the hallway every time when we need to throw away the trash. The fridge was way too small.
