"It is a late 1800’s home with small rooms and bathroom. No TV but the owner made an excellent frittata for breakfast and joined us for delightful conversation. You have to like cars though as she likes people and cried to get in our room."

"We went for a weekend to check out Hannibal. The property is walkable to just about everything! We really enjoyed all of the food options close by. Vino was our favorite—especially if you need somewhere to eat after 8pm. The host had so much available to us, and even left some snacks and a couple of water bottles. My husband and I are both grad students, so we needed the WiFi for a bit while we were there to do homework, and it worked really well. The library felt very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. We will definitely be back."

"This is a cute unit in the heart of it all on Main Street. Very nicely designed and maintained. I looked up the history of the property and found out it was a drug store built in the late 1800s and operated until 1986. Now converted into a bar and grill at street level and this fun unit on the third floor. Just lovely. Very safe and secure. Parking is close and was readily available. Two drawbacks for me was that I looked everywhere and found no hairdryer. I also felt the cleaning fee which was almost as much as the nightly rate was very high for folks that stay one night like we did. A sliding scale for cleaning fees would be a good idea. If the fee was the same for three nights as it was for one night, I would find that reasonable. It was just too high for one night. All in all it was a wonderful stay. I hope the owners take my comments are constructive versus a criticism. They’ve made a lovely space for visitors to a magical place. Thanks so much."

"We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the cat hostess. We are both cat lovers and are without cats at the moment so that was just sweet. We were disappointed to find that breakfast wasn’t served at the bed-and-breakfast and which was advertised on the in the listing, but our host said that it was a separate add-on, Chris, our host was very helpful when we accidentally left a bag behind and we had to drive over and pick it up from him. He was very gracious to meet us."

"This house is very old and interesting with some interesting history. I love old houses and this place has some unique details. The pool was an added detail that we didn’t use much, but would be fun for families with children. The surrounding back yard was very private and shady. Convenient to downtown and the river."
