"Overall good experience "

"I loved staying here. The only issue I had was the a/c in my room couldn’t stay a consistent temperature. I followed the directions to a T and still had temps ranging from 75 - 69. I have a heart condition that requires me to stay cool ( and I went to Florida, I know.) The temps in the room never got dangerous for me, it was more uncomfortable. Everyone was absolutely lovely though. Especially the housekeeping staff who truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. "

"This is my second time staying at the La Quinta chain. I chose it again because the first time was very pleasant. On this trip I separated two weekends in Plantation because I went on a cruise for a week. My first reservation everything was excellent but on the second one, and I'm talking about the property, arriving we were locked in the only elevator they had available. This made our wives very nervous. Then for the rest of the stay until the last day we were using stairs because it was...

"My employee was trespassed off the property when he went to ask to change rooms because there was water on the bathroom floor. The desk clerk insisted he wear a mask to enter the lobby. When he went into the lobby with a mask on the desk clerk was not wearing his mask over his nose. When my employee asked him to put his mask on correctly he was trespassed from the site. I want my money back! "
