This gorgeous modern style farmhouse is a 4/2, 1946 total sq.ft. block home nestled on a half-acre. Property comes equipped with a full kitchen, beautiful furnishings, central AC and heat, brand new kitchen, twin sink vanity, outdoor workspace, cozy fire pit and outdoor dining area, a screened-in back patio, and full laundry room. Perfect for small quiet retreats, small formal gatherings, weddings, baby showers, certain private parties in a quaint and very private location. This is a place to just get away from it all, and still be close to the city. Parking is available for pick up truck and/or up to 4 standard vehicles

Don’t stay here

First twos days ok, the house is spacious and good for a big family. We seem a lot of cosckroach. The hurricane Milton came that week. Conctact the owner to ask if the property was a safe place for the hurricane, he said yes. The hurricane came. The house started to get flooded, no power and no appareance from the host. We had to clean the house after the hurricane. Get the water out, clean the outside and driveway. The host didn’t appear eve to help out. That day we decided to leave the house. We pay for a whole week and we only stayed from Monday to Thursday. All out food got damaage, no shower, no bathroom. We ask for a refund for the 3 days left we paid. No responde from the host since that day. Terrible.

The property was large and private, we didn't realize the a/c was off the first night, but turned it on the next morning. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen utensils/ pots and pans could use updating/ cleaning. Overall would recommend for small events or large families in town for weddings as we were.

Just stayed for spring training and it was the quiet out of the way location that we were looking for. Easy check-in and when we had questions we got prompted responses.

House seemed newly renovated. Lots of nice touches. Stayed for a week with my three daughters for Sun n Fun. The immediate small neighborhood is on a dead end street and small. Not conducive for running. There’s a strip club right across from the neighbors entrance and some sketchy gas stations around there. Be careful where you decide to stop for supplies. Nice supplies that are not typical like a cast iron skillet, laundry detergent, candles, cotton balls, qtips, and lighters. Bring bug spray! The yard was very large and fun to hang out at but certain times of the day you need bug spray. Nice garden in the backyard as well with fresh herbs, strawberries, and peppers. Water from the faucet smelled weird but no one got sick from it.
