We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. "Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre.
