On the ground floor: three double bedrooms (160x200cm) and their ensuite shower room, guest toilet and private terraces.
Outside, a garden that lends itself to relaxation and family moments. A nice pool (10x5m) (heated optional). A ping-pong table, a swing for children, a gas plancha. Many parking spaces.
