"Great hosts, Elliotte, Karl & Sylvana provided a very relaxing environmnet. They were prsent if you needed them, without "overservicing"..the ultimate boutique style accomodation!
Pinel Island a short boat shuttle away or if you prefer as we did, a kayak available to the beach in 15 mins or so. We were met by the Karubini island team of Peche and Sam who will take great care if you need food and /or drink. fabulous french cuisine about 10 mins away by car in Grand Case - le Cottage, Ocean 82 and Bistro Caraibe all excellent as well as great take away from Cynthia's.
Last but not least, a couple for furry friends Loopy and Ocho to make us feel like home. Merci encore a tous au Karubini!"

"Just bring your toothbrush & bathing suit! This property has every comfort of home. The home is even better in person. Kitchen & bedrooms are well appointed with all the essentials. We had an amazing time as a family of 6 adults & 2 children. The kids loved the pool & so did the adults! Veronique made sure we were all taken care of for reservations etc. She is a fantastic host! Great location close to Grande Case & beaches. We hope to visit again next year. "

"We had a great time at the villa and loved waking up to a beautiful view each day. The pool was a great way to relax and cool off after a hot day at the beach. Our hosts Gilles and Daphnée were very easy to work with and communicated very well before and during our stay. "

"Staying at this breezy home was so relaxing and comfortable, our family of six loved it. Being on the French side is perfect for those who want to explore beaches, restaurants and rest. Rooms were comfortable especially with air conditioning at night and the covered patio was great for dining, reading and enjoying the views. We highly recommend this property and the thoughtful hosts."
"The comfortable 2-bedroom apartment at Tia Maria is well equipped and was perfect for our 2-week stay in beautiful, secluded Anse Marcel. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the bedrooms and living room at ideal temperatures. The breezy second floor terrasse, facing the mountains, was a joy for late evening night caps. The location is ideal with the small, peaceful Anse Marcel beach, and one of the best restaurants in Saint Martin, only a 3 minutes’ walk away. Our kind hostess Aurelie was very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely go back again, soon. You will need a car though, as what makes beautiful Anse Marcel so unique is that it is out of the beaten track at the end of a mountain road. But you can drive to Marigot and Grand Case in less than 15 minutes for everything you might need. We highly recommend this apartment."
