Waterfront villa in Saint Maxime, Gulf of St Tropez

"Incredible place, incredible water views, with incredible host! Cannot ask for more. Sara the host was amazing from the very beginning. She helped our family with many things, not just with the house, but she also assisted with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, translation when needed, grocery shopping before we arrived, and much more. The house was super clean, updated, has a contemporary design, and has all the bells and whistles, including a fantastic in-ground pool, massive hot tub, kitchen appliances, grills, toys, games, laundry, everything you’d ever need. The location is perfect; you’re walking distance from 5 or 6 exceptional restaurants, beaches, and more. Don’t hesitate or research any further - this is the perfect property and perfect host for you. Book it now! You won’t regret it, and you’ll absolutely love Sara!"

"Perfect Family holiday villa! We were 4 families and young teenagers looking for a villa with a pool, enough space not to get under each other's feet, all with separate bathrooms, walking distance to the sea / bay and also to a town. This villa was perfect. Les Issambres is a quite hill side coastal town between Frejus and St Maxime. The Town San Peire is not too big to be hectic but has more than ample to meet everyone's needs, restaurants, a few bars, sandy bays / beaches with watersports, good sized supermarkets, marche, bank, tabac and so on...all this within 10-15 minutes walking depending on your pace. The walk back is somewhat uphill once your turn off the coastal road but manageable for anyone generally fit and well. The beaches in town are soft sand, the bay at the bottom of the roads is a little rocky so beach shoes recommended, however absolutely beautiful and sheltered! The pool at the villa is not done justice in the pictures, it is perfectly large enough and deep and our 4 teenagers were more than happy to spend most afternoons there. The pool walls / rim could do with a little TLC but that is a critique not a complaint. We did hire a car as to take rubbish to bins and so on can't really be done in hand and on feet when so many. The ramp into the villa is not ideal for low suspension cars The beds are all extremely comfortable, modern bathrooms and functional kitchen. We hope to stay again!!"

"Wir waren zum Familientreffen mit 5 erwachsenen Personen in der Villa und waren hell begeistert über die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, die wir bei unseren Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon genossen haben. Der Pool ist großartig mit wohltemperiertem Wasser. Die Loungeecke, sowie die Liegen wurden von uns viel genutzt, zumal es auch jederzeit genügend Schattenbereiche gab. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat genug Platz geboten gemeinsam zu kochen.Man sollte allerdings ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung haben, zu Fuß einkaufen, oder zum Strand gehen nimmt sicher 30 min. in Anspruch. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
