"Beautiful property, lovely pool area, and very friendly and helpful staff. Easily walkable to some beautiful beaches. The rooms are updated and very comfortable; we had a cute balcony looking over the pool. An added bonus is the private parking area. Would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Juan Les Pins. "

"Beautiful art deco hotel right on the water. Stunning setting. Food and staff good and room very comfortable although large. Unfortunately the main restaurant was not open at this time of the year but the bar food was good. Excellent shopping in Juan Les Pins right on the doorstep. Pricey but a real treat"

"This is a great hotel within 2 min walking distance to the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Fairly quiet but due to no carpets (normal in hot countries/areas)"

"On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely.
The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent."
"A tidy and clean place that included all what we needed and some. Well positioned pool that broke the heat of the day. But what is a property without the most important asset? I say it is the staff. Without an exception all the staff we have met were the nicest and kind folks from Adnan, Intisar, Lubna, Ramona. I chatted and joked with each and every one lovely crew. They understand what customer service means and made our stay extremely pleasant. A special thanks to la femme de chambre. Folks thanks for everything. Based on our experience we would stay at the Villa Juan when we visit Antibes in the future. Joe and Dolly"

The only changes I recommend is a tv in the main bedroom. This should be a fixture in a luxury suite. Also I thought use of the beach area should have been complimentary to guests"

"This is an excellent small hotel based in Juan-Les-Pins. It is walking distance from the station and the centre of Juan-Les-Pins. We also walked back from Antibes and this was a pleasant walk. The hotel is well presented and has a quiet peaceful feel to it. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst the pool area is quite small it wasn’t too busy even though it was August and it was a great place to relax. If I was in this area again I would happily stay here."

"We had a fantastic week in Antibes. Beautiful well equipped house with everything you could need. A large pool and nice outdoor spaces for socializing. Our host Natalie made sure we had a great stay. The owners were also very accommodating even though we encountered problems beyond their control."
