"Our room was on th 6th floor with an incredible view of the sea ! The balcony had 2 chairs and a table fir us to enjoy our coffees in the mornings and drinks after a long day exploring the riviera. The room was impeccibly clean and tidy. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh white tulips and an absolutely delicious cake as a nice welcome touch! The Nespresso esspresso maker with 12 coffee pods is always a wonderful amenity. The included soft drinks, bottled water, juices, beers and chocolates were amazing as well. Florian checked us in and was there at check out anx provided service above and beyond expectations - please give him a raise ! Other service staff such as laundry service and room cleaning were also beyond wonderful. Having a balcony with seats to enjoy the wonderful univstructed view of the sea be cannot be beat ! We have stayed on other hotels on the "Coisette" but the rooms and views did not compare to what we received at the Carlton. This is by far, the absolute BEST HOTEL IN CANNES. Staff is always welcoming and professional, the rooms are spotless, and tge sea view cannot be surpassed ! "

"Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, großzügig, großer Balkon, viel Platz. Lage war für uns genau richtig. Leider - dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts - ist in der Garage genau über dem Stellplatz das Abwasserrohr des Hauses geborsten. Das Krisenmanagement durch die Verwalterin vor Ort mit „o.k. Pas de chance“ war ausbaufähig. Zumindest in der Nebensaison kann man via Transponder nur das große Tor öffnen, trickreich bei der Abreise. Wir würde wiederkommen. Vielen Dank. "

"We had no major issues. The place is a bit tired to be honest and on our last night there of the 12 we had neighbours and you could literally hear them as if they were standing next to you due to the adjoining internal door. Overall satisfied and the staff were nice. We found the location good, we had a car but often walked the 20 mins to the train station to travel to other towns. Cleanliness was not an issue, would like the outdoor areas to be more usable, not overly private and the outdoor furniture would have been better being on a patio rather than grass. "
