"Very nice, clean, comfortabel hotel"

"Great place to stay. The room was charmingly French."

"We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"Excellent staff, very sweet. There was a shopping center right outside the hotel, very great experience. If I come back to Basel I will be staying here again"

"Location was not great but gave a basel card and we rode trains and busses. It was a converted old grain mill. Won awards for the conversion. Nice breakfast and staff was great"

"Absolutely lovely staff, great breakfast buffet! Easily walkable location. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Overall clean nice hotel."

"Staff members were great"

"Good hotel and good location I would stay here again"

"All staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. We had the 4 single bed room which was ideal for us."

"A great hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities plus the best steak tartare I’ve had in Basel so far"

"Good breakfast. The location was not so much fun. Opposite a transport trailer park and stacked old tyres as window view. Also outdated interior and mattress. Regarding all this the price was quite high."

"This hotel was close to the train station and the old town by tram. It was a quiet area of town so I liked that. There were restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"very nice hotel clean and room was big if we come back definitely stay there"

"Very easy self check and check out Room was clean , but no staff to talk No air conditioning Location was good good access to Basel town"

"Quick overnight before an early flight out of BSL. Front desk was friendly and helped schedule our ride for the morning. Free airport shuttle was on time and honestly a blessing. Room was small but served its purpose and was comfortable."

"Well maintained, very clean, helpful staff"

"Love this hotel. Great staff, excellent atmosphere lots of parking and pet friendly. 💕"

"It was value for money as a budget hotel. However whole building was designed for winter I believe. It’s not a liveable place in summer weather specially hot weather like this year (2026) without air conditioning. This was the main concern for me. Hotel staff have changed our fan, a better one, following my request to change the room."

"Great location, nice apartment"
