As for the condo, it was spotless and VERY well stocked. Anything we could think of was there! "Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. "

"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants. It was just perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay here again in the near future."

"I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion.
