"This was a shockingly bad experience. The door to the room was totally broken, and the desk staff totally knew and didn't care.
The handle literally came off in my hand. The door frame was also rickety and we had to push a chair up against the door when we went to bed. Neiter of us slept well, unsure of our safety. Zero stars. I'd like a total refund."

"The "semi handicapped" accessible bathroom was horrible. Way small! Very unsafe, small bathtub, extremely slippery tub, my husband slipped and fell numerous times. He's 6'2" and I'm 5'3", I had to fully lift him to help him out of the shower. Very poorly designed. I've never seen such a setup. I could clearly hear everything said in the next room along with the family with kids above our room. I don't mind kids/families at all but to hear every step, conversation was again poorly designed"
