This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is on the first floor with a patio just off exotic gardens. Step inside to find a spacious and bright living area with a Caribbean flair complete with traditional mahogany doors and cabinets and a tropical aesthetic.

Have a seat on the cozy bamboo sofas in the living room and open up the doors to catch the refreshing sea breeze!

If the weather is a little too balmy for your taste, this home also has all brand new high-efficiency, acoustically-pleasing air conditioning units and ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable. Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV (all major US channels are available) or relax outside on your private balcony and chat, there are plenty of spaces to spend time with loved ones and soak up the best of the phenomenal coastline.

With a full, modern, kitchen you'll have no trouble at all cooking to your heart's content while you're here! Smooth, cool granite counter tops, mahogany cabinets, and modern stainless-steel appliances make it a joy. Sit together at the breakfast bar to enjoy a quick meal of tropical fruit smoothies or a home-cooked dinner with local ingredients.

Please note that this property is on the ground floor of an apartment building and requires the use of 6 steps to get to the door, therefore it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Where You Will Sleep: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, access to the veranda, and an attached bathroom with plenty of storage space.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

All rooms have room darkening drapes, folding luggage racks, plenty of hooks for beach towels outside on the veranda and many more thoughtful touches.

Optional Extra: A queen-sized murphy bed is in the living room creating enough space for 6 guests if needed.

‘Permit’ offers even more to its guests…Private kayaks just for the condo: 2 one-seater and a comfortable two-seater kayak for your own personal use, so you don´t have to worry about missing out on one of the kayaks that are for general guests’ usage. The owner even provides fishing rods for your enjoyment!
