This is the main floor residence of the Joya del Mar beach house. It's a large 1-bedroom unit with a comfortable living room where you can snuggle up at the end of a day of working, beach combing or touring. The large kitchen is equipped for preparing full meals, with full size appliances and ample cooking utensils. You can dine outside on the deck/balcony and watch the world go by.

When you rent the 1-bedroom main residence at Joya del Mar, you have a huge terrace to yourselves, plus direct access to the shared beach.

Great Winter Getaway Beach House!

Fantastic beachfront home. Big, beautiful front porch for watching sunrises and relaxing in the evening over beer and wine. Well-maintained beach with sandy entry into the ocean. High end kitchen and super comfortable bed for sleeping.
