"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"

"Our room and the resort were gorgeous, and we loved having a romantic dinner on the pier. Paddleboards didn’t have fins, which made them unusable, but otherwise our stay was perfect."
"We stayed at Mariposa when we arrived to Placencia and the last night before we returned home and it was perfect. Gladis was very welcoming at the reception, Donny was amazing at the restaurant and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The bungalow was perfect for our family of 4, since they have bunk beds. The restaurant was good with a nice view of the ocean. They have nice swings, volleyball court, paddle boards and bicycles which is perfect to go in town. It’s less than 5 minutes drive from Placencia airport. The only thing is the ocean has so much seaweeds that it wasn’t nice to go in the water. Which is fine since we didn’t stay at this hotel for the ocean but just be aware that this strip of the island gets a lot of seaweeds…"

"This home was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated, conveniently located and was the highlight of a perfect vacation for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and the pool was so enjoyable. Nick the caretaker is AWESOME! He is so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen but it was also fun to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Belize!"
