"Good value bed for the night "

"Good hotel , clean and comfortable room , comfy bed , nice bar area , pizzas in restaurant very good . Only thing missing is extra pillows for bed . Only two supplied for double bed . "

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "
