"It's a nice hotel with a fantastic view and very clean. The spa was not working on our visit. Staff was great. It would be nice for the balconies to have a screen so you can keep your door open without being eaten up by mosquitos and pestered by flies."

"Location and place are amazing. On two different occasions there was no answer at the front desk. Their response was we were busy. Parking is validated but yhey font inform you upfront upon arrival so we ended up paying more than they advertised."

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."

That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. "Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was well equipped and YES you have to empty the dishwasher and put crockery back in the cupboards on departure like any normal accommodation you would stay at! Staff we very approachable and informative. The only negative was that there was a limited number of washing machines available."
