"The area surrounding the hostel is great, plenty of shops and dining options however check in was a bit tricky but the hostel staff was great at solving my issues. The room is extremely small but warm and clean, my only issue was the size of the bathroom it was complicated to take shower without getting water all over the place. It was good just for a few hours of sleep."

"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..) "Checking into Hostal Gud was not easy. After calling we got help thru Whatsapp but the person at the other end just delivered his message superfast andcthen hung up without making sure we had understood. It all just seemed strange and anonymous. We never saw a living person there.The bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen.No aircondition made the small room hot as a sauna and the noice outside continued until 4 in the morning. Never again will i stay at Hostal Gud."

"Loved this hotel - I’m on a Spanish road trip and this was the best. Great location for exploring the city. Lovely building. The staff were fantastic - I arrived early and they had my room ready, talked me through the map and answered questions. Spoke perfect English but were also patient with my Spanish. Room as advertised: I paid for the basic and it was well equipped, clean, safe, good bathroom. 10-15 minutes easy walk from the bus station. The bar was super for late evening drinks."
