"Human hair in tub and shower. Floors not vacuumed or clean room filled with cob webs. Went to front desk to complain regarding room a lady speak with front desk man was complaining regarding her room requesting a refund. I asked her what was issue with her room she showed me a picture of bed bugs. I then asked man for refunded regarding my room he said he would give me another room. I said no I would like to be refunded after seeing picture lady showed me with bed bugs. He said I would need to contact Hotels.com to get refunded. After settling up with gentleman at the front desk I immediately called my credit card and filed a complaint. I will never use Hotel.com again . Or recommend staying at Ramada Inn in Rome New York."

"This BNB is just outside of downtown Utica, and just far enough that the setting is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The house itself is charming inside and out. The couple that own the house are very kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Since my own experience was exceptional, this BNB gets booked often, so one definitely should book well in advance. There is parking for two to three vehicles, depending upon occupancy at the time. Breakfast was amazing and very much hit the spot. If you're looking for a BNB with old school charm in a quiet and peaceful setting, this is it. Five out of five stars from me, it's a place that feels like home"

"We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee bar in the lobby. Staying there again would happen if the situation should occur."

"Air conditioning was working as expected the room was very clean staff was courteous… unfortunately at 3:00 a.m the guests next my room got into a screaming match outside and were slamming things around! The screaming woke me from a dead sleep and I had to leave for work at 5:45 from what I could hear dude was at the motel with a younger girl and his woman rolled up on them! I was very hopeful of getting a good nights rest until the other guests presented some bs "

"The room air conditioner was poorly placed:blowing directly on us the entire time we were in bed. I had to sleep with the top sheet over my head. The zero-entry shower was not properly leveled, causing water to flow away from the drain and onto the bathroom floor. We were surprised how little was offered for breakfast. Thankfully, we had other options."
