NO VOLVERE POR QUE NO DAN FACTURA

Al solicitar mi factura por el servicio de estadia de una noche, el personal totalmente fuera de toda logica, asi instruido seguramente por la administracion, me dijo que le pidiera a Expidia.com la factura !!!????? aunque Ud. no lo crea. Para mi contabilidad en Peru, necesito una factura de Peru, con RUC de Peru y con IGV peruano incluido. Rua Hoteles NO DA FACTURA si la reserva es por aplicacion. Ya me amargaron el dia.

Excelente atención.

Pernocte una noche y al día siguiente tenía que salir antes de la hora del desayuno y la recepcionista se encargó de prepararme un refrigerio para no verme perjudicado, y ese me pareció un lindo detalle durante mi estancia. Fue iniciativa propia del personal del hotel y ese detalle me hace recomendarlos para amistades.

Muy buena opción en Piura

En general una buena experiencia en Rua hoteles. Habitaciones cómodas, ubicación céntrica, buena atención del personal, y todo muy limpio. Cuentan con un rooftop que es amplio y acogedor. Ya he ido un par de veces y lo recomiendo. Lo malo: En este último viaje terminando mi evento, fui al rooftop y me pedí una hamburguesa Rua, esta indicaba que era carne angus; lamento decirles que eso no era cierto, la carne estaba muy seca, los bordes quemados y de sabor no estaba cerca a ser Angus; por S/37 esperaba algo mejor. Otro incidente pero de poca importancia fue el envió del desayuno a la habitación, espere más de 30 minutos y no llegaron; si lo ofrecen como servicio se debe de cumplir caso contrario indicar que no se puede. Por todos lo demás es un hotel bastante bueno.
