"The room was very clean upon arrival. Staff was super friendly. View of the beach was amazing from our balcony. Beautiful sunsets. It was very convenient for my husband and I and our three girls having the private beach and not needing to tote a bunch of stuff to the beachfront like we do when we stay seaside. Highly recommend for people with younger kiddos, my girls loved that it was calmer water and they could go further out with me than when we are in the ocean. Great experience for my first time staying bayside and we plan to return again next year!"

"I had a weekend vacation with my kids who were happy with the stay. A few things could be improved 1. The room cleaning needs consistency considering the beach location and sands is expected nuisance. My room was not cleaned during the two nights stay although the staff were responsive when we requested extra towels and sheets. The extra sheets that we found in the room were dirty. 2. I had to sacrifice my shorts that fall in the unit below my room and the staff on duty was slow to respond or make attempts to recover it from the occupants. 3. The common bathroom lights on the second floor do not work which make it awkward to use."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back"
