This cozy, family friendly ranch house has 2 full bathrooms 3 bedrooms with one King & two Queen beds and a sofa bed, with a fully stocked kitchen. Relax under the new gazebo, cook out on the Weber grill, and watch the kids/pets play in the fully fenced-in private backyard.

Conveniently located in North Hills, only 5-8 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh/Convention Center/Heinz field/Strip District, universities, museums, and hospitals, or Ross Park Mall/McCandless Crossing.

Convenient and clean

The owner was very thoughtful, great to communicate with and even put out some snacks for our kids upon arrival. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we could need for meal prep and the backyard was great for both our dogs and kids to run around safely. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very convenient to get around in both the North Hills and parkway to town and other neighborhoods. It was a lovely stay!

Perfect Accommodations

There’s a good reason Ann is a Super Host. Everything I could have wanted or needed during my stay was provided. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was clean and well arranged. The backyard is completely fenced in which allowed for a safe environment for my two dogs. I stayed for an extended period of time while my own home was being renovated and I quickly felt right at home. While I didn’t have many questions during my stay, when I did, Ann was always quick to respond. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is within a few miles of grocery stores, the mall, and downtown. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Thank you, Ann, for making my stay a pleasant experience!
