This was my first stay - 1 adult, 2 teenagers. I chose the facility for its proximity to Pavilion at Star Lake AND- because there are MANY choices close by- because they had a pool and hot tub. So I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed when I arrived. The gentleman who checked me in provided no explanation, no time it may be open again and (when I asked those questions) he was INCREDIBLY rude and told me I could chose to stay somewhere else. The suite was fine, but the pullout sofa mattress was so thin and uncomfortable that my son opted to sleep on the couch instead. Staff on the checkout was nice enough. Overall, would not stay here again and would have expected either some notification prior to arrival about the pool/hot tub OR an offer of compensation to some degree for my inconvenience.

Comfortable stay

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The Continetal breakfast was easily accessible and the seating comfortable. I would totally recommend staying here.
