Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 1940s Cape Cod home. We spent the last 2 years upgrading to include a new kitchen, dining room, main floor bathroom, and mid-century modern furniture. This house is on a very quiet cobblestone street with little to no traffic with Starbucks a 7-10 minute walk away. Entering the front door using the code provided to you before check-in, you will find yourself in a small space between the living room & dining room. In front of you are the stairs to the bedrooms and master bath. Continuing through the living room, a sunroom opens out to a large patio with an outdoor table for the warm seasons. (Friendly deer are often lounging in the yard.) The 1-lane private driveway can fit two cars. A smaller car could be parked in the small attached garage which has access to the basement. Guests have entire house access apart from a few closets. Note that the basement isn't set up for guests, but laundry facilities are available in the basement, if needed.
