The Neighborhood:
Manchester is one of Pittsburgh's most historic neighborhoods and this street in particular is located in a Historic district. There are incredible buildings built in the late 1800s up and down the street. Western Ave which is only a few blocks away features great dining, and a few locally owned shops. The Children's museum of Pittsburgh is also located within walking distance, as are both Stadiums and the National Aviary. There is beautiful Park; Allegheny Commons as well as the equally historic "Mexican War Street" and Randy-land.
The neighborhood is certainly Urban and you will experience all of the sights and sounds of the City. Although the street is relatively quiet there are always people coming and going, everyone is friendly and will say hello.
Getting Around:
This neighborhood is walkable, but there is a bus stop two blocks away to get into town or other destinations if needed. Ubers, Lyfts and taxis are plentiful

We loved the location. Our group of adults really only needed bathrooms & bedrooms as we were running around downtown doing Christmas sightseeing and shopping. We did not use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped. Thanks for great stay!
This property is as advertised. It’s in a convenient location, and has a great kitchen space. It’s clean and well kept. The property manager is attentive and helpful.
Great location for walking to anything on the North shore. We stayed here for 3 nights. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was street parking and first come, first serve. It wasn’t a problem and street is very wide.
My family and some friends stayed at this wonderful home while visiting for a weekend soccer tournament. The home was everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and close to a lot of door dash options. I highly recommend this home if you need a place to stay.
Perfect house for a family weekend getaway. Plenty of couch & dining table space for hanging out between events. Great block. Our host stayed in touch for any questions etc. Would definitely recommend!
The quiet street with lots of parking is a great start to your stay. The property is beautiful. The large eat in kitchen, dining room & living room are set apart from the bedroomsso there is no issue if someone is sleeping. You cannot hear anything. Corey is really great. He is so nice, understanding & quick to respond to any inquiries. You will be so happy staying staying here.
The neighborhood wasn't what we were expecting but the property itself was nice and clean. The street outside had trash all around so that didnt leave a good impression. Overall we were comfortable and had a good time
What a wonderful experience we had in Pittsburgh! The property was very spacious and clean. My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed the historical neighborhood we stayed in. We picked this location for its convenience to nearby sporting events and the Andy Warhol Museum. There were many restaurants nearby and the property has grocery stores near by. Corey was great in his communication with us. When visiting Pittsburgh again, we would stay here again!
We had a great stay in your home! The location is great, very close to everything. Being walking distance to Acrisure was a great perk for the game. Parking was easy, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. The home was set up nicely and fit our part of 6 great with lots of room. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but adequate for a few nights. The host was very responsive to communication, and even helped us extend our check out time for our evening flight home on short notice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thanks!
Nice location to stadiums and downtown Pittsburgh. Roomy enough for me, my husband and 2 young children. Nice landing spot for a day of activities in Pittsburgh. Wonderful coffee shop within walking distance too (Commonplace Coffee)!
We had a little trouble getting in the home and Corey was very helpful and not to mention availabie in helping us to get in. Once we were able to get in the house we had a great time.
Corey was very easy to communicate with. He answered all emails quickly. My suggestion would be to get new mattresses!!!! They were not comfortable!

Just Okay
I had high expectations based on previous reviews, but it was a bit of a letdown when I actually saw the property in person. First impressions were not good. The place was advertised as non-smoking, but it smelled so bad like smoke, I had an asthma attack within 5 minutes of being inside. I notified the owner immediately and he provided an air cleaner, which unfortunately did not help much. The second major issue is that the air conditioner was broken. It never got below 76 degrees on the second floor during our entire stay. The third floor where 2 of the bedrooms were had to be at least 80 degrees, which made sleeping very difficult. The owner sent someone over to check it out, but they were unable to fix it. The positives are the owner was quick to respond and the neighborhood was close to everything. Just be aware that the home is very old and the floors are very uneven. The sloping floor actually throws your balance off until you get used to it. There is a major low spot as soon as you walk into the living room, so just be careful.
Our extended family of nine ranging in age from 5 to 70 stayed two nights very comfortably at this house. It is exactly as it is described and is a walk or quick drive to many of Pittsburgh's attractions including the stadiums, casino, children's museum, etc. We had a great time and definitely recommend this house.
