Room smell awful, and for some unGodly reason, they vacuum the hallways at night, I asked why at night? His reply was “that is the only time i can do it” spoke to manager in am and he claims he was unaware, this is the absolute worst place i have stayed in, hands down you het what you pay for, i would have felt better sleeping in my car.

Despite the hotel’s need for refurbishment, the room was generously sized and spacious. The beds were impeccable, providing exceptional comfort, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. Undoubtedly, the value you pay for a night’s stay is well worth it.

It's a 2 star hotel trying its best. Sure, there are outdated cabinets, but it was clean. The halls and rooms smell musty, but they tried their best to mask it. My door latch was missing from my door, and we didn't have any bedding for our pull out bed, but it was fine. The "free breakfast" was an off brand muffin, which was a little disappointing. It was an affordable option for my family, and it met out expectations.

Property smells horrible. Room was dirty. Room very wea very hot had to turn on AC and open window in March to cool off room. This property we as very much like a housing project with long term residents. Very loud all night. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Both when checking in and checking out there was no one at the desk for a few minutes until we called out hello and knocking on the door. The whole hotel had a weird smell to it, almost like Indian food. Overall it wasnt too bad

old hotel, needs updates. the bed was sure hard and not enough pillows for two people, when the pillows aren’t fluffy. no glasses or cups in room and no coffee maker/ who does t have a coffee maker. glad i only was staying one night not comfortable for more. but it is convenient to get to airport.

The suite had a kitchen that was useless….no cookware, drink ware, flatware or silverware. No coffee maker. This establishment should not be allowed to advertise ‘free breakfast’. No fruit, no juice, no bagels…just individually wrapped granola bars and muffins that must have been bought in bulk several years ago as they were stale.

The place is very dated and needs an update. Could be cleaned better. My room was clean and good but the hallways were dingy and had a funny smell going on. However it is a good location if you want to be near the airport! The morning staff was super friendly! They even let us check in very early when got off our plane. They said if your room isn’t available yet they will let people drop off luggage. Overall a decent budget hotel. Nothing fancy. No pool. No breakfast.

I spend half a month in a hotel for business. I've been to so many hotels in cities, but there's no hotel as overpriced as Pittsburgh. It's more expensive than a big city. The staff was so kind when I checked in first. But all illusions are broken when entering the room. I visited my daughter's school with my wife, so I chose a room with two queen beds. However, as soon as I came in after dinner and lay down on the bed, my wife said she couldn't sleep because of the smell of urine, so when I opened the sheet, it was clear that someone had peed. It seemed to have been wiped off with chemicals to erase it, but the smell remained the same. It was so late that we only used one bed and our daughter slept on the sofa. When I woke up in the morning, my daughter said her back was itchy, and there was a trace of water from a bug. The hotel smelled of all kinds of food. I've never seen such a terrible hotel in my life.

Arrived at 4:55pm, had to wait 10 minutes for front desk receptionist. At check in our room not ready (check in listed for 3pm). Room ready at 5:25. Room was not what we booked. To be fair we received a decent discount which was kind. however the wait for the wrong room that SHOULD have been ready was very infuriating. As was the massive amount of weed smell upon entering the lobby. Just a bad experience and left bad taste in my mouth. They hurried to clean and get a room ready. Just wasn’t good, especially as room was booked weeks ago. Wont ever stay there again.

Front desk hardly ever had anyone there. Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. (Understable at first because a child was lost and she was only one working.) Room was beyond dirty. Beer bottle caps in the pull-out bed. Mattress was stained so bad you could see it through the sheets. Walls covered in dirt and sticky stuff. Floors had not been cleaned properly. Huge mess on floor by pullout bed that was sticky and dark in color. Shower didnt work properly. It was overall a waste of money and needs an inspection from the health department. Poorly managed. Will never stay again.

Used this hotel for an easy stay after a concert so we did not spend much time in the hotel and I am thankful for that. The smell of smoke in the hotel hallways and the smell of urine in the bathroom was horrible. Beds were clean and soft. Didn’t try the grab and go breakfast.. I was not impressed with the state of everything. The staff were nice and accommodating. Would not stay again.

The General Propery Manager was helpful. The lack of staff was very surprising. Cleanliness must be improved and a proper cleaning team/service should be on site at all times. I feel bad for the general manager. He was cleaning rooms, checking in customers, doing the laundry etc... Not acceptable. This establishment cannot continue like this. I think Corporate needs to really asess this property and its overall management. Unfortunately, i will NEVER EVER stay at this brand of hotel again. I was extremely disappointed.

We didn't get the same room we reserved, theres a wasp nest next to the window, and it was full of empty beer bottles under the bed, and it was dirty and smelt bad
