The Neighborhood:
South side is a vibrant neighborhood filled with dining and shopping as well as night life. This apartment is in a prime location in the heart of an entertainment district, moderate city noise should be expected.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is extremely efficient and convenient from this location. The apartment is surrounded by free street parking which is usually ample but as with any major city can be more challenging if looking for parking later into the evening. Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.

Great home in the heart of Southside Pittsburgh. Nice roomy location, extremely comfortable beds a quiet location, close to restaurants, shops and Southside Park. We’d definitely stay here again!

Pittsburgh weekend

Very walkable. 1 block to Carson street- with good eats, coffee, ice cream, etc. The apartment was bigger than pics look. Very clean. Good communication with property manager. Parking was the only issue, take advantage of the $10/day parking option if it's available.

Great Location But...

The location was perfect for us. Unfortunately the kitchen did not live up to the listing and did not allow us to cook as we intended (a Bundt pan but no mixing bowl, lots of knives but no cutting board, no toaster and no cookie sheet so that we could make toast in the oven, no coffee filters, etc.). The property manager was fast at responding.

Mom's Surgery

My mother had major heart surgery at UPMC Pres. I wanted a comfortable and convenient place to stay for myself and family. The apartment is just what we needed. it was a short drive to the hospital. Carson street had so many restaurants to choose from. Between Japanese, Thai, Mexican and even an awesome Bagel place, we were all satisfied! The property manager was amazing to communicate with. Any time i had a question, they were prompt about getting back to me. I will definitely recommend in the future! Thank you for the comfortable stay 😊
