Comfortable, easy, convenient location

Very nice place and I intend to stay here on future visits to Pittsburgh. The location is hard to beat, each room has its own mini-split heating/air-conditioning unit, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable. Exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, but that's not cheap to install in an older house. There is a window that can be opened.

Needed a place to stay for New Years Eve and it didn’t disappoint. A close Uber to our destination which was amazing. The place itself did the job for us.

This was definitely a budget stay at just over 100 a night. Pros:Each room has their own heating and air conditioner units that can be run independently so each person can be comfortable in their room. Beds were comfortable. Cost effective stayWell lit with lots of lightingEasy street parking at all timesElectronic lock was easy and it was great to not have to keep track of keys. Spacious apartment with plenty of room for our group of 3. The main reason it wasn't a five star stay was:The apartment is a bit run down compared to what the pictures show. While it was surface clean, it could really use a deep clean like baseboards scrubbed, water damaged ceiling tiles changed, and the sofas deep cleaned. Over all a decent place to stay on a budget!

The location of this place is great! Easy on/off highway access, and the street parking is right in front, so it's very convenient. Host was helpful and easy to message. Really enjoyed our time there.
