"I’ve never rated a property poorly, but this stay with our extended family for an ATV trip was very disappointing. During our stay we were expecting 4 chairs outside to enjoy the deck and have coffee, there were 2 - and one was broken. We were also hoping to use the fireplace as shown in the pictures and when arriving the directions were to not use it… and there was no outdoor fire pit. The downstairs had open wires from the ceiling, and the hot water from the shower ran out after 5 minutes. There were no sheets or pillowcases on any of the bedding as shown in the photos and we didn’t receive any check in information. During our stay we found (2) dead mice, one was in a bathroom after noticing the smell, and the other was found half alive under the master bed the next morning. Katie was very responsive and did offer a 200.00 discount, but we will not be staying again. The location is great, and the property is great for ATVs which was the reason for 2 stars "

"One of the best places that I’ve stayed at in Pittsburg and I’ve been going up at least once a year for the past eight years. The house was perfect for a weeklong getaway with friends for fly-fishing and side-by-sides. Jeff was fun to meet, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended. Great location. "A group of fly fisherman spent a gorgeous weekend on this beautiful property. We love the area and are thrilled this has become an option for us to stay. We enjoyed the comfortable and open space and the property was breathtaking in peak foliage. If you’re visiting to fish, the proximity to all of the area lakes is incredibly convenient. Hosts were friendly, kind, and responded immediately. We can’t wait to be back - this time with our whole family. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for our annual ATV trip to Pittsburg. The house was very spacious and the kids enjoyed hanging out in the basement while the adults spent the evenings chatting on the large, well-lit porch. The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Being able to bring the dog with us made the trip easier, and I really appreciated all the motion lights around the house at night so I could see clearly when walking her. Jackie was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking. We would definitely stay here again. The sunrises across the lake were beautiful. There was plenty of parking for our 2 trucks and trailers and 4 ATVs. We even had good interactions with the neighbors. "
