"The problem wasnt with Sonesta its with expedia. Hotel lost power n had 2 fire alarms go off, fire dept came twice. Some of the hotel had no tv or internet, some had no ac. The door to room wouldn't clise and was in the licked position but was opened. We had to switch hotels as we didn't feel safe. We did not spend 1 night there. Expedia basically refused to refund us, hung up on me, told me it was my problem. I will never use Expedia ir recommend them. Hotel staff was very nice at this hotel. I understand it was not their fault that they had no power but we had to find another place to stay and im being charged for two hotel stays"
