The property was ok but not as expected . The room had torn headboard leather, not even water is provided which we had to buy on our own. Elevators also feel ancient, giving dull and old look.

Hotel maid/cleaning service was friendly! My frustration was front registration who did NOT provide timely, common-sensical service when asked for extra pillows, extra towels, attention to a very WARM room w/ lousy vent flow/air-conditioning - their tech man arrived at 11:45 p.m. when an initial call was made at 3:55 p.m after 3 x of calling to ask of switching to another room. They never did a follow-up or fell short on a lot of empty promises! VERY disappointed. Spend a little more and stay at the Venetian - you will be thrilled you did!
