My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Wonderful Hotel with great staff

Comfortable accommodations that met our needs. Quiet initially but then many families arrived. Convenient parking.

I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, and I especially want to mention Sim, a young gentleman at the front desk who was great, very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Our room was a large corner room and it was beautiful. It felt very spacious and well laid out, with two restrooms and a small kitchen area, which was a nice bonus and made the stay more comfortable. That said, there were a few things that stood out as missing or needing attention. The closet situation was odd, the coat closet near the entry had no hangers at all, and there were very few in the main closet as well. Also, for a room with a kitchen, it was surprising that there were no utensils, paper towels, plates, or basic kitchen items available. We also noticed the blackout curtains in the bedroom were broken, with part of them hanging off, which seems like something that should have been caught during routine maintenance. In addition, our room key wasn’t activated for parking, which created an unnecessary hassle. Despite those issues, we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements to the room setup and maintenance, this would easily be an even better experience.
