"The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. But other than that a very pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again in summer to make better use of the...

Craigroyston House & Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at Craigroyston House following a visit to the local theatre. We were met on arrival by the host and shown to our room. The room was immaculate and had everything we required. It was very quiet overnight with no noise disturbance at all. The breakfast is selected in advance and cooked fresh and was delicious. The only slight downside was the carpark which was full on arrival and very tight to navigate. We parked nearby on the street which was no problem at all. I would advise against using the car park if you have a large car though. I would recommend staying here and plan to come back for future visits."

Scotlands Spa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I spent two nights at the Spa hotel. I managed to park in the adjacent hotel car park which was very convenient. My room was great with a large TV , coffee machine, fridge and kettle. A proper bath in the en suite. Plenty of hangers. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. The only downside of my stay was I was housed in a separate building to the main hotel. This meant I had to walk outside onto the pavement and cross a road to access my room. However you were away from the noise of the main hotel."

"What an amazing experience. From the first moment you are treated as a revered family member. The individually named rooms are very well appointed and combine a story with luxury amenities. The Manse is also within an easy drive of several breathtaking hikes. The Michelin starred restaurant offers a delectable, locally sourced menu and is a must do on your stay. But what makes The Manse so truly special are the people. If you are traveling to the Cairngorms you must make this your base. Simply unforgettable."
