Little Mountain Lodge | 3 Bed, 3 Bath

Welcome to Little Mountain Lodge, a 3 bedroom/3 bath custom built log home with massive long range mountain views!  Located less than 3 miles from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, this home is also ideally situated for convenient access to Downtown Brevard, Dupont State Forest, and Asheville.  Upon arrival at Little Mountain Lodge guests are greeted by a paved driveway and covered parking for 2 cars, plus parking space for 2 additional cars.

The main entrance to Little Mountain Lodge leads into the open concept living area.  A cozy sectional sofa and additional chair are nestled around the stone fireplace with gas logs.  A full wall of windows allows guests to enjoy stunning long range mountain views from anywhere in the living area!  A farm-style dining table provides seating for 8 guests.  The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and has been thoughtfully stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed during your stay.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor of Little Mountain Lodge.  The primary bedroom is home to a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk in shower with dual shower heads, and a large whirlpool bathtub for post-hiking soaks.  The second bedroom on the main level enjoys a queen-sized bed and easy access to the full bathroom on the hallway.

As you travel upstairs, the open loft area is full of windows and cozy seating.  The third bedroom and third full bathroom are also located upstairs.  With one queen-sized bed, two twin-sized beds, and a day bed, the third bedroom accommodates 4 guests comfortably. A round table with seating for 4, perfect for games and puzzles, is also located in the upstairs bedroom.

The outdoor spaces at Little Mountain Lodge are truly hard to beat.  The screened in porch is located just off the kitchen and boasts a dining table for 4 as well as comfortable seating for 4.  String lights create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and soaking up the views.  The open deck, located just off the kitchen and dining area, is home to the gas grill and a picnic table.  After your cookout, you can visit around the fire pit and roast s'mores without leaving the comfort of your vacation home!

The Host
As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and suplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.

Little Mountain, Pisgah Forest

It was the perfect private and scenic setting for our small family togetherness (my husband and I, daughter, son-in-law, and two little granddaughters). A perfect long weekend, and close to the nearby sites we needed to visit during our stay. We hope to visit this property again next year as a family.

Great view and location

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfectly located near Brevard and the Forest and State Parks we targeted. The cabin was very well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening enjoying the view after long days in the forest. We recommend this location if Brevard area is your choice for location. We would stay here again.

Outstanding Cabin

We've stayed and lots of vrbo properties and this one truly was the best experience. The cabin was very well appointed and spotless. The view was amazing and so peaceful. Beds are very comfortable. Best sleep we've had for months. Brevard was a really neat town too.

Lovely cabin, very clean and well kept. Only reservation is the massive copperhead we found in the firewood just outside the front door.

Spring Break Get Away!!!

Awesome Cabin

The cabin was absolutely beautiful; well stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes...way more than normal. The property is secluded and perfect place for solitude while being close to Brevard. Amazing view from back porch. Fantastic experience.
