Villa Agave in Pisciotta-Palinuro with panoramic views and access to the beach
- Villa equipped with every comfort, located in a land of about half a hectare, with olive trees, pines, eucalyptus, flowering plants, fruit and aromatic, large shaded areas and private parking. Situated 30 meters above the sea, with access from the main road through via private drive. The car is necessary for trips to Pisciotta, Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Marina di Pisciotta and to reach the railway stations of Pisciotta-Palinuro and Centola-Palinuro. The house consists of a large living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, new fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry outside. Indoor and outdoor showers. Large and comfortable covered patio adjacent to the house, with outdoor dining table and with a panoramic view of the sea towards Capo Palinuro. Access to the beach via a path inside the property.
