"Advertised as on site parking, there was none. Had to park in a public unsecure parking area away from accommodation. Advertised as having two bedrooms, it did not. There is a fold out bed in lounge area. There was no hot water! There was a very complicated front door lock which at one stage had my husband locked out and me locked in. Even with GPS and Nicholettas ‘map’ it was very difficult to find. Couldn’t have windows in bedroom open because it was 10 meters from a very noisy gelato bar. It is a shame we had such a bad experience because Treviso is a beautiful town. "

"An excellent stay in Treviso! This room exceeded my expectations! It was clean well appointed with a very clean and accessible, shower and bathroom. I love the woodwork and the ability to look out over the square. I had a challenging time trying to find it, but the staff bent over backwards to meet me and help me find a place where I can park and stay. This place is walking distance to the old city, and I enjoyed some great walks, seeing the canals of Treviso and an excellent pizza dinner. For any future travelers, I would greatly recommend this place. As you come into the older city, you will pass a older wooden bridge over the river. Immediately there is a small cobblestone street that I would suggest you turn right and go down that street and then park at the back initially. The apartment then is around the corner in the small square. You can buzz for them to come down and let you in and get a parking pass for a parking lot just across the river on the other side of a very short distance distance away. Nevertheless, the staff was absolutely tremendous and incredibly helpful and I thank them profusely for going that extra mile for me. Thank you again for an incredible stay."

"Host was exceptional! My husband and I often stay in apartments. The was the best appointed. It had everything you needed. The welcome basket with food and snacks was fabulous. Apartment was immaculate. I would go back."

"The apartment is enormous. The kitchen was well stocked and there were some useful, quality food items provided in the fridge, and some dry goods, too. The washing machine worked perfectly. The tub is quite large. I had a difficult time stepping into it. But, I have some limitations stepping up. The unit was listed as having air conditioning, but I didn’t see that it existed. The apartment had two portable fans. I pointed both of them at our bed at night. The apartment is listed as being on the first floor. That is a bit deceptive because you have to go up a flight of stairs to get in. I was thinking it was a walk-in apartment and the host should’ve known because I asked if there was an elevator because originally I was looking at unit three and the Owner told me there was a first floor apartment available, which is the one I rented. I cannot speak Italian, but the host could speak a fair amount of English, so it was not much of a barrier communicating. It is extremely tight getting a car through the gate to get into the parking area. We were driving a Ford puma. The second night I just left it on the street."

"The hosts were fantastic and provided clear instructions for arrival and how to get to the property (by car) without hitting the zTl zone. We were a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us to hang out in the living room. A generous starter park was provided and highly unexpected, as were washing machine pods. 3A is on the third floor so be prepared to carry luggage up. We reseved a parking space (space L) which was appreciated but getting in and out was a bit nerve wracking given narrow road and tight entranceway. We managed, but i would not try with anything bigger than a tesla y. We loved the location which was 3 min from 2 supermarkets, 5 min to city wall, 15 min to centre and 20 min to train station (which we used for cheap trains to venice). Daily visits to the ice cream parlour below were a treat. The only real negative was the softness of the extra bed put up for our teenager - but some people like soft beds! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area."
