It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"We had an incredible stay in Podstrana, the apartment was in an amazing location, right on the beach. Very quiet, walkable to lovely restaurants. A quick uber or bus ride into Split but it was nice to be in a quieter, peaceful area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. "

"Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. "It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"Nice and clean apartment. Based on pictures you don’t actually know what kind of room you get as photos in hotels.com include photos from different available rooms. It was also a bit unclear how to check-in. I called the reservation office and they called to the next person who then came and showed our apartment. Also worth mentioning that tou get only 2-3 toilet paper rolls and after that you are supposed to buy your own. This is quite unique solution. However, nice and clean apartment."
